AGS operates a real estate operations and infrastructure platform for accepted members. Services include member onboarding, training and accountability support, portal access, operational tooling, and community communications. AGS does not provide cold real-estate seller outreach on behalf of members — member seller-facing communications are handled separately through each member's own business identity and Twilio subaccount.
3. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in checkbox on our application, onboarding, or member-portal form at thealexguestsystem.com, you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from The Alex Guest System LLC regarding member onboarding, portal notifications, support conversations, training reminders, accountability follow-ups, operational updates, and community communications tied to the AGS platform.

5. Payment and Refunds
Program or membership fees are due as agreed at enrollment. Refund eligibility varies by program and will be stated in your enrollment agreement. Digital content and completed consulting or support sessions are generally non-refundable.

All content, materials, and program resources provided by AGS are proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
